LAST UPDATED 30 AUGUST 2026

These terms apply to tickets for Dirty Disco, presented by Soundwaves and co-hosted by Fairy Lou at The Mill House Hertford on 11 December 2026.

Your booking

A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and a ticket confirmation is issued. Each ticket is valid for the named attendee and includes event entry and use of wireless silent-disco headphones. Tickets must not be duplicated or resold for profit.

Arrival and conduct

Guests must follow arrival instructions, venue directions and all safety requirements. Soundwaves or the venue may refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour threatens safety or materially disrupts the event.

Changes and cancellation

Timings, performers or arrangements may change where reasonably necessary. If Soundwaves cancels the event and no suitable replacement is offered, ticket holders will receive the refund required by applicable law. Travel and other indirect costs are not included.
